5 to 6 Yrs. in Medium Project Execution in Water and Waste Water domain

Key Skills Required: Areas of expertise / skills

• Understanding of Water and Waste water treatment
• Project Schedule Planning and Execution and invoicing as per plan
• Erection and Commissioning knowledge of Water and Waste Water treatment
• SAP knowledge will be considered as added advantage

Key Accountabilities: List the key areas of responsibility

This position is accountable for execution of retrofit projects small to medium scale from post order to handover, which involves planning, dispatch, site supervision and handover. Candidate must be ready to travel outside office to client side on regular basis.

1. Receipt and review of Purchase Order / Technical specification of Customer
2. Preparation of BOM and indent according to contract scope
3. Kick off Meeting with customer for finalization of execution schedule
4. Engineering Document development with the help of in-house design and engineering team Preparation, Submission & Approval from customer
5. Preparation & Release of indent (BOQ) for B/out items & fabricated items through SAP process (PR)
6. Review & progress monitoring of fabricated items
7. Arrangement for QA /QC checks with 3rd party
8. Monitoring of Dispatch as per invoicing plan
9. Periodic visit to site for execution supervision
10. Complete work as per schedule within project budget and handover
11. Recovery of Payments as per Contract Terms
12. Submission of project progress report to management
