Qualifications:

BE/ BTech - Electrical or instrumentation .

Min. 12 to 15 years in relevant field

Key Skills Required: Areas of expertise / skills

1.  Proficient in reading and understanding P&IDs, I/O system drawings, Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), PLC/DCS wiring diagram and cable / termination schedule etc.,
2. Expertise in Water treatment (DM/ RO/UF / ETP and STP) Installation and commissioning, In-depth knowledge of the plant erection and commissioning.

1. Electrical Installation & Commissioning: Expertise in the installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment, including transformers, MCC panels, VFDs, LT/HT motors, and associated electrical systems.
2. Instrumentation Installation & Commissioning: Expertise in the installation, commissioning, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of field instruments, including pH, ORP, conductivity, turbidity, silica, sodium, COD and BOD analyzers, level transmitters, pressure switches, MFTs, DP switches, DP-type flow meters, RTDs, thermocouples, MOVs, FCVs, and related instrumentation.
3. BOQ Preparation: Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on approved engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
4. Loop Checking & System Testing: Experienced in cold and hot loop checking, functional testing, SAT activities, and PLC/SCADA system testing and commissioning.
5. Project Planning & Progress Monitoring: Preparation of daily and weekly activity plans in alignment with the master project schedule, with regular progress reporting to HO.
6. Commissioning Documentation: Preparation of installation, testing, commissioning reports, checklists, and protocols, and coordination with clients/consultants for inspection, verification, and final sign-off.

3. SOP Adherence, Strong commitment to following established Standard Operating Procedures to ensure maximum operational efficiency, quality, consistency, and workplace safety.

1. Project Coordination: Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Commissioning, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of construction, erection, testing, and commissioning activities.
2. Billing & Certification: Support preparation and submission of measurement sheets, work completion records, commissioning protocols, and supporting documents for timely certification and billing to the client.
3. Handover & Closeout: Coordinate completion of punch points, final testing and commissioning, as-built documentation, completion dossiers, and system handover to the client.
